Bridget and the Moose Brothers$9.88
Bridget wishes that she had some brothers or sisters to keep her company. She goes out sledding in the snow with a friend, but there are too many noisy children cavorting on the hill. She returns home to find three talking moose sitting on the front doorstep. She invites them inside to be her brothers, but they're frustrating company, throwing her toys everywhere, snapping her crayons to pieces, slurping water out of the toilet, and even leaving pellets of excrement all over her floor. The color scheme of her room changes when the moose arrive, going from a pleasantly inviting pink to an off-putting shade of green. Humorous full-color drawings by author Pija Lindenbaum accompany her text, translated by Kjersti Board. Copyright (C) Muze Inc. 2005. For personal use only. All rights reserved.
